Nethost s.r.o. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, publicly declares the manner of handling personal data as follows:

1. We do not actively collect or retrieve data.

2. We only store data necessary for user authorization, billing, security features, fraud management, and service delivery.

3. Unnecessary data is automatically shredded.

4. When collecting, processing, and storing data, we move into the soul comply with the Privacy Act.

5. We process, collect, process and store data in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Nethost s.r.o. implements the protection of personal data under the provisions of the ZOOU and GDPR exclusively under the data retention scheme for fraudulent use, fraud protection and for the fulfillment of the functions of registers and public services.

8. Nethost s.r.o. implements the right to forget and erase in accordance with the set rotation policy of backups and their automatic shredding.

9. Upon request, we will provide a physical person with information about the data we process about them and we will allow the individual to update their contents or delete them in accordance with the company’s internal guidelines.
